The Coaching program of the ergo_bike optimizes the training in a simple, interesting and very effective way:
You can choose from four training types:
Cardiovascular (heart / circulation) training
used to develop an efficient cardiovascular system and to prevent cardiac illnesses and arteriosclerosis.
Weight / fat reduction
used to achieve a reduction of the weight and fat content of the body.
Fitness training
used to improve the overall fitness and endurance capacity.
Muscle buildup
used for strength and performance training and to increase the muscular mass.
The computer in the dashboard will generate and supervise an optimal training plan for the user based on the BMI (Body Mass Index), the weight, the body fat content, the heart pulse rate at rest and under effort, etc.
The training plan is continually updated based on the automatic supervision of the training results, which ensures optimal training and training success.
When the user enters the actual values for his weight and body fat content in the computer, the display will graphically show the progress of these two values on the screen.
The training computer compares the progress of the weight and body fat content values with reference values as prescribed by sport medicine and adapts the training plan automatically when deviations are detected.
Coaching means:
“Set your training objective and start training”.
Everything else will be individually adapted to the user by the computer.
